Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS OR USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Naked Bloom Skin & Haircare Shipping Policy?
Products are made and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating all our products. All orders require up to 3-5 Business days (Monday - Friday) processing before shipping. Processing times can and will be extended due to world events or order volume increase. After processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your tracking number to update.
Returns and Exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and services there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns or issue store credit based on buyers remorse. On a case by case basis, if management approves a refund or order cancellation a 15% restock fee will be applied. Â All products are available for viewing online before restocks to help you select the right products.
My Package returned?
If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. We provide the following options:
1.Refund your order total, minus shipping cost and a 15% restock fee.Â
2.Schedule to have your order shipped again with additional shipping cost. *If product is still in good condition.
During high volume times, reshipment may not be available.

Adverse Product Reaction?
If you are experiencing any type of breakout or skin reaction, please discontinue use immediately. Although our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it’s still possible that you may be allergic to or your skin is too sensitive to an ingredient.
What Ingredients do you use?
Pure. Raw. Simple all natural organic ingredients such as oils and herbs . Each product is crafted differently using a variety of ingredients such as jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, Rose damascena , Coconut Oil, Avocado oil, Olive oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Distilled Aqua, Oat Protein (conditioner) plus any herbs and essential oils listed under each product.
Some batches might be slightly thinner or thicker than others as our products are handcrafted. This is not indicative of a formula change and will not affect performance in any way. Color may vary from batch to batch from light tan to darker brown due to natural color variations inherent in the herbs that we use. This too is not indicative of a formula change and will not affect performance.
Product Availability, where to purchase?
All of our products are handmade and packaged by hand. At times, orders exceed how fast we can work. As of now products can only be purchased online.
